Terms of service

MetrXSEO is a reporting and messaging console operated by IP SUBNET ZERO LLC. It collects a business’s own marketing data from the platforms that business connects, presents it as reports, and — where enabled — lets its staff read and reply to the Instagram Direct messages their own professional account receives.

Accounts are created by us for our clients and their staff. There is no self-service sign-up and the service is not offered to the general public. Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activity carried out under their account, and must tell us promptly if they believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend or remove an account at any time, and access ends when the client engagement does.

You may connect only marketing accounts you own or are authorised by their owner to manage. By connecting an account you confirm you have that authority. You are responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you connect, including the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram’s Community Guidelines, and for the lawfulness of the data you bring into the service.

The messaging features exist so a business can answer people who have messaged it. You must not use MetrXSEO to send unsolicited, bulk or automated messages, to contact people who have not messaged the business first, to send marketing or re-engagement messages outside the platform’s permitted windows, or to impersonate anyone. You must not attempt to access another client’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to break the law.

Data brought into the service remains yours. What we collect and how long we keep it is described in the privacy policy. You can have it deleted at any time by asking us, or by removing the app from the connected platform.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. Reporting figures come from third-party platforms and are only as accurate, complete and timely as those platforms make them; they should not be treated as an audited record. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of reported figures. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service.
